Marketing Assistant

Education: Actively Pursuing College Degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

Candidate will assist in the collection of marketing data, management of marketing campaigns and engaging customers and potential customers on behalf of the Company in accordance with marketing policies. Additional duties include the management of social media and original web content. The duties specifically include but are not limited to the following:

  • Building out, verifying, and maintaining marketing data for all companies in the CRM system
  • Assistance with the planning and facilitation of all marketing campaigns
  • Assistance with the creation of marketing materials
  • Generating sales orders and proposals for customers and potential customer
  • Log and documentation all aspects of marketing-related work
  • Assistance with Client and Team Communications
  • Social Media Management & Integration

Skills/Experience

Candidate needs to be detail-oriented with solid personal principles. Strong communication skills are a must. Some sales and/or marketing experience are a plus. Very strict attention to detail very important.  A self-starter with organizational independence highly desired. The following training, skills and/or work experience are also strongly desired:

  • Bachelor’s (or significant progress towards) degree in Business or Business related field of study
  • Articulate with ability to communicate effortlessly in both written and verbal form
  • Knowledge of IT-related products and services
  • Public speaking skills and the ability to give technical presentations
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Web Savvy with social media account management skills
  • Team building and management skills

Part Time (Very Flexible)
