Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with outstanding communication skills to groom into a business leader for a young company. This individual will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data management, scheduling, and facilitating communication within the company. Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the team. This individual will assist with technology related projects as needed by the owner. The candidate will also be called upon to assist with customer support, sales and marketing. The growth path for this position is to move into a leadership position in customer support, sales, marketing, or buisiness operations.

Skills/Experience
The candidate needs to be technically literate and very detail-oriented with solid personal principles. Strong communication skills are essential. Some sales and/or marketing experience is a plus. Bachelor’s (or significant progress towards) degree in Business or Business related field of study is also highly desired. Team building and management skills are very important. Public speaking skills and the ability to give presentations are also very desirable. Very strict attention to details is absolutely critical! Candidate must be very articulate and have strong computer skills (especially adapt in use of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoho Suite). Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and/or Microsoft 365 Business applications is a big plus! The ability to communicate effortlessly in both written and verbal form is highly desirable. We are looking for a proactive individual with a problem-solving mindset who possesses strong attention to detail and is able to work both independently and as part of a team.
